Quality Restorations Co. was founded in 1974 to meet the renovation and restoration needs of its Toronto customers. Servicing the residential market, Quality Restorations built up its name and reputation through a strong sense of service and commitment to excellence. Since the mid-1980s, our company has expanded into the commercial, industrial and institutional markets.
Quality is a full-service restoration and renovation company, operating as a general contractor on some larger projects and masonry restoration specialists on others. Qualified staffs are on hand for budgets, condition reports, estimates and the efficient, proper, delivery of all building restoration assignments. Large or small, each project receives full attention and pricing is competitive.
Projects this past year have included churches, condominiums, co-ops, commercial buildings and institutions as well as many homes. The work has included waterproofing the foundation of a century old residence converted to a school, sealant application to a downtown church, brick replacement and sheet metal work to a Yonge Street business, a cedar roof applied to a Forest Hill home, stone repair and replacement to a landmark Rosedale home, underpinning and lowering of a North Toronto home, brick replacement, concrete repairs, repointing mortar joints, cleaning, exterior painting, wood restoration and other restoration related work to hundreds of Toronto area homes.

We had our entire front porch rebuilt, as well as an upper deck installed & some other outdoor renovations done by Mike & Tristan… They did a great job on it, and offered some good advice on how best to deal with the challenges of fixing up a 100 year old house. Their price was reasonable & they really listened to exactly what we wanted done with the renos.
